Cleanse dates: April 16-23. 2 Meetings at Karma South End: Sunday nights, April 14 & 21, 7:30-9. A more simple, week-long format this year. I am rewriting the manual and holding two monday night meetings at Karma South End. The on-line forum is open to those who have done a cleanse previously with me, those who have had private consultation, and those who attend Monday nights. The $75 fee includes one month of Mysore classes free! April 20th, 8-9:30am. Been wanting to join our morning group practicing Ashtanga Yoga at Karma South End? I am holding an intro workshop for those who want to get the yoga going in the morning but maybe have felt a little nervous about dropping into Mysore. I will explain how it works, and teach you a beginning practice. New morning hours so you don't have to come to class until 7:30am! |
